Now Hiring - Inside Account Representative in Louisville, TN

Position Summary:

The Inside Account Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to clients and to the sales team. They will work with internal teams such as the financial operations team and the client support team. They coordinate the order process, complete tasks, and maintain good business relationships by providing service that exceeds the client’s expectations.

Key results areas

1 - Manages the sales board

· Creates and sends quotes to clients.

· Creates and processes sales orders.

· Keeps client configurations up to date.

2 - Assists clients, sales team and other PCS departments

· Processes client agreement additions and renewals.

· Completes agreement/addition reconciliations.

· Responds to client and PCS team member inquiries.

· Obtains deal registration and/or special pricing.

3 - Goes above and beyond in client service

· Fast response time, professional demeanor, follows through on tasks, excellent communication, ensures client satisfaction

4 - Upholds the core values of PCS

Required Knowledge, skills and abilities

· Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks.

· Must have and continually exhibit excellent client service skills.

· Must have and continually exhibit excellent communication skills.

Position qualifications

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role.

· Advanced computer skills.

· Knowledge of IT products and/or managed services a plus.
